EZ, we are all just speculating at this point but your post brings up some real questions/concerns/possibilities..

assumptions:

- assuming china wants to be involved in LC (it's a big prize, also a big mess)

- assuming ven/china need or want our drill data (there's a good chance they already have everything from what i see and it also looks like ven wants a combined LC/LB which changes a lot of the engineering.. also, grz/kry did'nt always have "similar data" there were adjoining areas that grz claimed as mineral rich while kry claimed barren rock...imo, someone was fibbing)

possibilities:

it might make sense for china to buy all relevent needs from kry with no further involvement...this allows china to go ahead with LC and gives kry money for bondholders/arbitration....
