No_Bear I believe the relief request was for compensation should VZ decide to reinstate the MOC and give us the permit.

That is why I came to the conclusion Kry wasn't looking for the MOC and permit anymore. They know VZ would never grant compensation and I think it was Kry's way of saying FU!
