GW, looking back is always easy. You may think it was a toxic move with a pump and dump. It could just as easily be Kry was genuinely trying to move the project forward in a way that was acceptable to VZ according to VZ. Either way it has strengthen our case of doing everything possible to make our contract work and to start mining.

I would imagine Kry could supply signed documents from CRRC stating they were told VZ approved of them as a JV partner and the contract was good to go if it was needed for arbitration to determine damages.

You can use the B word if you like and at this point nothing is impossible. I will wait for more information about our finances before jumping to any conclusion. People have thought Kry would run out of money or bankrupt more times than I can count yet they are still here. Why do you think this time is different?
