so for 120M$ we dilute 1.5B shares @.12

for 180M$ 2B shares @.18?

I guess I could do that too, I pick the .12 thing, plus 1/2 warrant (@.06 convertible forever)?

But I guess there would have to be a gaurantee there would be enough interest by the existing shareholders to cover the nut, still have not seen the BOD plan...............
