This may be mentioned later - I'm just looking through today's posts. I think that the Chinese would mine without KRY, or with them. I certainly don't think they have any particular loyalty to KRY. They did the potential JV with us because we have the tech stuff, and we appeared to have the proper paper. I believe that since our claim also asks for the return of the mine to us, by way of the proper permit, it causes the Chinese to think twice before jumping in. If our arb. Claim was just for damages they would be more likely to do a fresh deal with the vennies.
