I don't share your rather bleak opinion. None of us know what Fung has planned or lined-up for arbitration financing, what the Chinese are negotiating around, if a buyout will come, and if it does what the amount will be, but irrespective of fearing the worst, as you do, I hope for the best because Crystallex has a very strong legal case and the Chinese want the gold. Even those two points you can't rain on!
