Simply put, he wants a better deal and doesn't want us. Chinese are the only game in town for Venezuela. Legal breach may still offer a remedy for a cost efficient settlement. USD 2 Billion or $ 5 per share sounds like a far better settlement than your $ 1 goal Sloop. Come on China solve Hugo's problem!
