Why....when it's BAD news...do we get a halt mid trading day.....time for everyone to focus on KRY....anticipating the news...then........BAM....our MOC taken away.....all that focus and the stock price tanks.....On what could considered to be a good news day....(well from what little we are ever given by way of PR from our BOD)....we get no stoppage/no details of how we plan to fund arbitration...NOTHING....hence we can't even get a one cent pop in our share price......it's almost like they don't want this stock price to appreciate. Isn't building shareholder value their #1 priority.??? What gives??..

They knew filing for ARB was a high possibility and always intimate funding is no problem...THEN ANNOUNCE YOUR PLAN TO THE MARKET.....aren't they embarrased at all by being the heads of a company with a 16 cent sare price...after all this time and effort I sure would be.
