On AMEX, KRY has news of going to arbitration, hitting Marketwire at about 235pm eastern. Charts might be considered being invalid because of the PR, but the pop turns out to be a putter. Bit of a dissappointment. In the past it seems it takes time for news to get out, so a few days might be warranted.

S&P still running like those big diesel-electrics. M&A driving the Market today, along with Dell news. Talk of Israel and Iran stalled things for a moment, but not long. RIMM (noted the Golden Cross a few posts back, hope some took advantage) running on upgrade. Retail up, Energy up, Financials up, Miners up, just about everything up. Wondering about the new housing starts being up.

Gold popped in anticipation of KRY filing arbitration. No, j/k, but gold did pop just before the east coast hits the sandwich shops. Looks like it may have been the Israel/Iran thing.
