Of couse unless Chavez has got his heart set on alienating his biggest and only benefactor, the Chinese.

EZ....did you notice in the Arbitration article posted by NBeans yesterday that a Chinese oil outfit has an international arbitration suit against Venezuela? I think the "alienation factor" is over-hyped.
