It will do a lot of good for our mental health, if we stop reading articles which are old and inaccurate. I take comfort from the fact that the Chinese are going to meet with the CVG. There have been a lot of colloboration with different projects and I am sure a solution will be worked out. CVG has 15000 employees, with a large bureaucracy and it is still possible that some one made a mistake, even intentionaly. A decision of this magnitude would have to be published in the Gaceta and I have not seen any evidence of same. Also there has been no mention by Kahn or other ministers.

We also have not heard a peep from CREC, our potential partner. I am assuming that CREC will work to consummate the deal, not to be benevolent to Crystallex.They are getting a large piece of a rich gold mine with so little effort

I sincerely feel all your anguish, as it has been for myself and many friends, here is hoping for a final resolution soon.
