If Crystallex could stay in a deal @ LC, then they have a chance of a better sp over the years to come.

If Crystallex goes to arbitration, limited upside.

If some form of settlement is reached in the nearterm, lower recovery but cost of money thing.

Personally, any of the 3 work for my situation, the one that doesn't is nothing concrete announced and demonstrated that the plan will work. Limbo, like we are in right now but should only be this status for a few more weeks at most.
