HB,

I believe according to Kbecker's conversation with Fung the Chinese were in VZ last week when the MOC action was taken by CVG so I don't believe we can say the Chinese have been on holiday. Fung should know why this action was taken or atleast when Bob said something like "I don't know if this was because of the chinese discussions" he should now know the reason for the action taken. It's been a week.
