Rumor has it that Las Cristinas could fall into the hands of the Russian mining company Rusoro Mining.

Let's say that Rusoro is given Las Cristinas. Given the fact that Rusoro is a Canadian miner....is there any legal recourse that can be taken against Rusoro by either Canada or Crystallex? Can the Canadian authorities take punitive action? TIA
