Why do these stupid journalists insist on mentioning the possibility of Las Cristinas being developed by the Chinese? Did they not get the memo that the MOC (and along with it any possibility of a KRY\Chinese JV) was cancelled over a week ago? Legally (given the terms of the Binding JV Agreement)....I don't think it would be too kosher for the Chinese to develop Las Cristinas after the MOC was cancelled. I presume that China would not attempt to substitute a different "Chinese" company for CRRC to mine Las Cristinas after KRY is given the heave ho.

Repeat....WHY?
