Can the people over at Vheadline be really that stupid? Why do they site a contract in their article that the CVG deemed cancelled.

If anything, the lawyers would have told the reporters KRY, in fact, can proceed directly to arbitration because the CVG violated the contract first by not providing a 90 window to fix issues.
