The one thing Venezuela does right is to hire high powered legal talent, usually US based, to fight its ICSID battles. That is truly good news for us. These guys will spend little time coming to the conclusion that Venezuela has f*#@!d Crystallex seven ways 'til Sunday and will urge a speedy settlement. Whether or not the Venezuelan a$$ clowns take that advice is anybody's guess, however.

I'm hoping for an ICSID claim of 5 or 6 billion and a settlement offer of 500 million (rejected) followed by an offer of 2 billion.
