Rmlsham, this is what Richard said to me:

"The Company believes it remains in compliance with the terms of the Crystallex 2011 notes and plans to remain current."

Like you said, maybe that means until arbitration is filed but with each passing day we are burning cash needed for arbitration and the bond holders.
