Maybe, But from my understanding the termination letter amounts to a material event, requiring:

A. Stockholders be notified of the letter (they did)

B. Stockholders be informed of managements response to the material event (unclear at best)

I resent this message in the hope that a PR will suddenly appear.

It may be Krys' interest to keep the air as clowdy as possible if only to keep their paychecks coming and to keep the lawsuits at bay.
