No EZ that isn't the exact wording either. The two 10 year extentions are with the mutual agreement of both parties involved. That would be done prior to the expiration of the first 20 years, and has not happened yet.

It would be fair to say that this could be used in an arbitration judgement that Vz or kry has not agreed to these two extentions so one couldn't realistically base an award on something not agreed to yet.
