Feel we could be setting up for a bit of a rebound. Will be using a very tight stop.

A few comments.

I think that all of the vet's comments were balanced, reasonable and accurate.

I do not share some peoples incredibly optimistic views on a billion or multibillion dollar arb award.

First the permit was a sure thing. Then the china deal was a sure thing. Now arbitration is sure thing.

I say bullsh*t.

Read the MOC. The contract covers 16 years at 20 TPD. Any more than that was optional at CVG's discretion.

That gives about 4 million oz's at 1 gram/ton gold. Forget about 20 million oz's or 30 million oz's. We had no guarantee of any extension or expansion.
