Doesn't matter. We were gonna get one third of Cristinas with them. We get three thirds of a favourable arbitration without them. I do believe they may stick around to finance arbitration and deal with the noteholders, of course. If they don't, hopefully someone else steps up. There is a lot of money at stake here. The risk/reward ratio in ICSID looks mighty enticing.
