Well in that case it gives KRY more bargaining power than it would have without sole access to the data. My concern was that the wording of the MOC seemed to indicate that KRY had to share information with their partner in the contract, the CVG, but apparently they circumvented that requirement.

Of course the iniitial Placer Dome data for LC was available to the CVG because it was the CVG that supplied it to KRY. I did hear that some of that was in GRZ's hands at one time, but while the gold hasn't moved around, the engineering and planning certainly has been updated since PD's time.
