This is a response from RM about technical data.

Throughout the development of Las Cristinas through the MOC the Company has prepared and presented documents and studies as called for by the Venezuelan bureaucracies. I don’t believe the document and filing requirements were any different for Crystallex than any other mining company or project in Venezuela (e.g. Placer Dome, Anglo, Goldfields, Hecla etc that all presented and filed studies and documents in their respective permitting approval processes). Also the documents and excerpts presented in Venezuela have been filed in North America on SEDAR.
