On that, EZ, we agree. But I contend that Fung and company should have known they could not win, especially since Chavez started publicly saying he was taking LC back and giving it to the Russians.

If they are so wise and well informed as you stated they should have known not to trust Chavez and to have filed for arbitration when the permit was rejected after we had already paid the bond and taxes.
