Interesting....So what this says is that KRY has 90 days to cure the problem?

Could one assume the curative period could be a buyout or buy under ?

So actually this pressure put forth by the CVG could be something we might assume presses all parties to force closure and barring nothing shy of an absolute quiet period could we assume KRY legal team is prepared to file arbitration?
