I would also like to know why Fung is waiting to file. Why deal with these people anymore?

It's like petting a snake and wondering why it keeps biting you...........IT'S A SNAKE DUMB-ASS... Thats what it does.

If our arbitration date is missed, or financing cannot be found for arbitration, the fault will fall squarely in Robert Fung's lap.
