I guess it depends on what VZ officials told KRY during these high level discussions, but I have a hard time with KRY being blindsided with this.

If Fung actually believed anything Venezuela was feeding him during the years of "negotiations" with no permit....then he is the Neville Chamberlain of CEOs

File first....then negotiate. Yup. Fung wasted 2 years and precious treasure negotiating with slime. Fool.
