Hey Slick....I'm going to type slowly so even you can understand. I advocated filing for arbitration 2 years ago (based on Hugo's demonstrated crooked\sleazy behavior) long before Fung ever whipped up this "China Deal". If we had filed for arbitration 2 years ago....there is nothing that would have prevented us from proposing the China deal to Venezuela while arbitration was ongoing. Kapeesh?
