I don't know Hondobud....bring in the legal eagles.

If KRY is denied this contract, I would think China and Canada would immediately confiscate all commercial properties and bank accounts etc. that Venezuela might have in their respective countries.

I know that here in the U.S., Venezuela has over 1400 Citgo gas stations, and millions in bank accounts etc. that have all been under consideration for confiscation if things get out of hand totally. We are dealing with a nut case, so who knows what could happen.

I'm dismayed that this action comes as a surprise to Fung and Management and we have no visible Plan B.
