I remember when GRZ was denied the construction permit/environmental permit, and then Rusoro came out with a crappy offer.

Who knows, maybe we are being slammed for a low ball bid. maybe someone wanted us on the cheap, but fung wouldn't budge below a certain number. maybe this is a way of softening (killing?) us.
