I'm giving Fung the benefit of the doubt...you know..."Genius" CEO and all that. He knew he was playing a life\death game of poker with the devil when he opted not to file for arbitration 2 years ago. He had KRY's arbitration value assessed by an independent consultant many months ago.

I will bow at Fung's feet if he comes out today with a PR announcing immediate arbitation that includes a shareholder friendly explanation as to how arbitration will be financed. He had 2 years to prepare for this....Right?
