Obviously not the way I wanted it to go. Here come more if's. If KRY management has been truthful in that

A) They have been compliant

B) Can finance the upcoming arbitration (though I feel they have never really said this)

Then at some point the stock will be considerably higher then it probably will be come Monday. For those of us sticking around (as I will be) I think we have a long wait for arbitration to go thru its entire process. Hind site being 20/20 we should have filed for arbitration a while ago. The mere filing two years ago would have been within our legal right and if it caused VZ to cancel the MOC back then it would have been just as wrong as them cancelling it today and we would have more cash. Im annoyed but what can i do? In the past I have mocked this Canadian treaty and all the assistance Canada has given in regards to this insane situation. Perhaps now that Hugo has made it official we will hear something from Canada? I believe in regards to us "threatening" arbitartion VZ just told us to go for it. Lets go for it and see what happens. Lets hope we can afford to go for it. If we cant I wish all of you better fortune in your other stocks.
