I would suggest that should we receive the permit, and that looks quite likely then we give the go-ahead and vote on it, CREC/CRRC complete contractual stipulations regarding financing and we move forward. Why sell once we are protected by the Chinese? IR then get to market the Company and we all benefit from that. If the Chinese then don't take us out then we become very attractive to a major and we get valued correctly I would think!
