Osmo, you didn't ask me but I will guess that it was/is because some people have knowledge of what is coming out and it was/is to avoid an insider trading scenario. You'd have people in several nations by now who know what's about to be disclosed (assuming it's positive and the permit). The delay caused by any PR having to be approved by the Chinese would absolutely mandate a halt while they look things over. Again, all speculation and IMO. Karl
