I agree, if Chavez said no and we were going to arbitration then it would be straight forward released in a short time.

With good news, we are waiting for Chavez annoucement later today which in Venezuela means tomorrow or Sunday so it will be released once Chavez makes his announcements.

I need some news or I am going to burst....
