East Friday? Why can't government spokespersons use widely accepted numbers method like Friday the 28th when announcing someting?

Is it the plan to quell the miner protests by just throwing out a random day of the week in an announcement?

IMO the discussion topics mentioned concerning China deals and co-operation is a positive. What, when and how much? AAAAAAAARGH! The saga continues.
