I'm afraid I have to agree with EZ on the class action lawsuit thing. Once the bondholders pick the bones they'll be nothing left for us so what is the point?

Don't worry Vlada I expect KRY not to miss the arbitration deadline.

KRY does not expect to get the permit nor the JV. They are hopeful only because they have not yet received an official "no" on the JV. They already got the "no" on the permit and they don't expect that to change. So they are ready to file before the deadline.

The stock is dead because it's a dead company. Fung tried to breathe some life into it with the Chinese connection but he let Chavez strangle KRY for too long to revive it.
