This is great news. Now we have another BS artificial date to point to. I can see it already. Another "Well, we have to wait for the Fall Festival in China to be over. Everybody knows nothing happens during that". This whole thing would be funny if it wasn't so sick. We're never getting any permit because we would already have gotten it if we were, plain and simple. The people who run this train wreck need to grow some stones, tell the aholes down there (all of them) that they have until February 15th and then we file. Enough pussyfooting.
