Who the hell wants to wait 2+ more years and then hope you can collect on whatever you win in a settlement? As for Venezuela...why on earth would they not want to resolve this situation? I suppose if you figure they simply don't care about the law and assume that somehow they will weasel out of paying anything down the road it might make sense in some weird, perverted way.
