Good post GW. Venezuela is defying all logic with their policies and inaction, not only towards the mining sector, but business in general. Hugo's socialist agenda is based upon a broken model. Communism/socialism/protectionism does not work. The F*#@!+G moron need look only to Cuba to see that.
