Management says nothing

That's not completely true. Management says things (only on the telephone of course) like:

"we are encouraged by ongoing negotiations with Venezuelan officials"

"we hope for a positive outcome to negotiations"

"we have no plans for bankruptcy"

"financing has never been a problem"

"we continue to strive for a solution that will optimize shareholder value"

As the comedian Robert Klein used to say...."Pardon me while I fart"
