I think the root of the problem is that Venezuela wants something for nothing

If that's the root of the problem and I am KRY, I file for arbitration today. Why waste another dime playing this game?

Because that means they wanted something for nothing last year, and the year before, and the year before, and the year before...

Why would that suddenly change tomorrow, next month, or the day before we have to file for arbitration?
