Ven (Chavez) has always been the obstacle and KRY has never been able to find out why?

I was told by past president Todd Bruce and by COB Fung that if they knew WHY Chavez wouldn't grant the permit they could figure out a way to change his mind.

Based on what others have told them they assume Chavez's hatred of all things North American (with majority shareholders in the US) has kept Chavez from saying "yes". So, as Fung stated last summer, they had to find a more politically suitable partner who would get the permit for them.

But, so far it turns out, having the Chinese as our proposed partners has done nothing the change the mind of Hugo F.U. Chavez.

I don't see anything changing his mind and, I'm told, neither does KRY even though they are making yet another frequent flyer trip to Ven.

They are hopeful to get a "yes" only because no one has official said, "No".

So, as always, it's all up to Hugo.
