anybody want to guess on the next PR? i've learned not to speculate on what will happen in bananaland, but if i had to guess...

it would'nt suprise me if venezuela/kry pull some BS agreement to extend the JV agreement past the arbitration deadline or "nullifies the dispute letter"...still no permit (or maybe a permit with an "additional" action needed)...but i can see a PR that "looks great" but still does'nt result in mining LC.
