Rob was banned yet again by one of the suits but he was kind enough to share a conversation he had with RM and enouraged me to share it.
"Talked at length with RM. Nothing new, apart from his statement that the Vennies vehemently stated Arbitration will not be necessary. He also mentioned that the arbitration process has been streamlined , will not take more than 2-3 years and for the first year the cost to KRY will be minimal, because all the paperwork has been done. Moreover, once the file, they don't have to spend the million dollar a month to guard and maintain the facility.
