based on other awards icsid seems to be pretty generous when it comes to interest and currency valuation.. considering the project is already 10years in and arbitration will take years the $350mil alone might be worth over a billion... but lost profits are FAR from a given unless you can demonstrate profits prior to your claim...kry is'nt known for their "profit making" ability...
