How many times have we heard that all deals going forward would be Joint Ventures" with Venezuela?

For public consumption it may be touted as a 1\3 - 2\3 JV between KRY and CRRC. In point of fact, it is highly likely that "after investigating various structures", the agreed upon "structure" will ultimately give Venezuela half of CRRC's share or an equal 1\3 stake.
