Good post Brundoggie....no mention of changing the arbitration timeline. From Andrea's response it looks like we have a deal or file arbitration by April. Not sure what RM was alluding to when he mentioned that the arbitration deadline could be changed by changing the filing grounds. Perhaps that was all a horrible misunderstanding.
