Sorry Whyme11 but I don't think they can put that in writing because it's not true. Clearly everything is NOT on track or the JV would have been completed by the end of the first publicly stated target date or the second publicly stated target date.

And clearly KRY is thinking about arbitration (or they should be) because the calendar is running out.

And even if KRY did make such a public statement of assurance I don't believe the general public wold believe it. KRY has made such public statements many many times in the past and those assurances never came true. So why believe them now. In order for such statements to be believed KRY would have to go on record as saying who specifically they are talking to, what they are specifically talking about and what specifically is the process timetable of obtainable goals needed to get the permit out of Hugo's grubby fat hands.

I believe such a declarative informative statement just isn't going to happen.

I suggest you buy a 2011 calendar and circle April like I did several weeks ago.

I hope I'm wrong but, so far, I haven't been.
